this guy sucks 8/23/2011

If I could leave 0 stars I would...call this idiot and he tells me to bring in my fridge to fix..I say NO and it is under warranty as it is 2 months old.....he then tells me to find someone else because I live too far away....8 miles! LOSER...this will be the same guy who complains he has no business and the economy is to blame.....people like this will go out of business with that s&it attitude. more

don't bother calling this place. i talked to ""herb"" three times then finally set up an appointment for a 4hr window. when i called after he didn't show, he suggested that i find someone else to fix my problem. more
