Excellent service 4/6/2012

I had an extremely positive experience with this business. They have professional and friendly employees who promptly responded to me, a very comfortable waiting area, and quick turnover time. Both the cost and time needed for the work quoted to me proved to be right on. They also touched up a few small scratches for free, going above and beyond what they needed to do. I saw other people wrote negative reviews, so I was aware of the complaints mentioned. I encountered none of the issues that other reviewers ran in to. I'm going to be using them again for my future bodywork needs. more

Avoid this place! 8/11/2010

I was given a quote by a slick-talking salesman who made a number of promises and assurances that proved untrue. When the work was completed, later than promised, it was not particularly well done. Finally, they put an additional, unauthorized charge on my credit card, almost doubling the original quote! I would advise everybody to avoid this place completely! more

Two MONTH repair 2/26/2010

I took my Honda in and was told 3 1/2 to 4 weeks for a repair from a car accident. I got my car back two months (9 weeks) later. It looked like they took apart several pieced of my new car with a screwdriver, crudely pulling pieces off - leaving a number of blemishes. My airbags deployed and they did a lackluster job at putting them back in. There are also now cigarette burns in my rear seat floor mats (I'm not a smoker!). There are also scratches on my hood where it clearly looks like they just stuck parts of my car before they put them in. All-in-all, my car looks like it was put together crudely and without a care in the world. Cons: Took too long, lied to several times about time to repair, more

Best Body Man 10/30/2006

Brought my BMW here twice and the work and service is impeccable. The only certified BMW body shop in NE. Matt at the body shop was great, no hidden suprises, and a real treat to deal with. Liked how he handled our car so much that we bought a car from the dealership. more
