Henry's - a great stop 10/21/2005

Early mornings at Henry's mean a great fresh egg sandwich, made like Mom used to make and a cup of fresh coffee. It doesn't get any easier, better, or "down home" than this. Yes, you can pay at the pump, but you'd miss out on whatever they were cooking inside! Henry's is a great place, sort of a combination of Mom's kitchen, gas station, and convenience store. A real "rock" in Powhatan! more

Good place for grocery shopping 9/3/2005

This is a very convenient store for your grocery shopping. They offer a variety food and vegetables. They also cook fresh food. I only buy soup here when I drop by. If you are in a hurry, you can eat here directly or buy something back to eat at home. It is very convenient and the food’s taste is really good. more

Convenient 9/3/2005

Henry's Market is very convenient to quickly get in and out of. The gas pumps and parking are very close. They have fresh, yummy, homemade foods to grab and go, or sit down and leisurely enjoy with other good folks of Powhatan. Breakfast and lunch foods are offered. So, if you're short on time, or have time to spare check them out either way. more

convenient store, breakfast & gas too! 7/13/2005

This little convenient store is yet another landmark in powhatan. Many parishoners visit this convenient store to grab the paper and a cup of coffee and chat while in the store , early a.m. The staff is friendly , prices are competitive and you can fill up with gas while you are there too, no pay at the pump feature here, its like the good ole days when you have to actually walk in to pay! :) Clean and convenient location , good parking too. more
