Henry Sw Chen Inc

I went to this place Nov 2016 to consult if I can do my dentist visit since I am approaching my insurance allowance of 2016. The lady in the front promised me to charge the payment onto my insurance allowance of 2017, in the total purpose to keep me at their dentist office and be one of their victim. She did not do as what she promised me, in the sense of lying and even send my file to collection agency because she was not able to mail me due to my change of address. I got a call last week from the collection agency and asked me about the situation. I was shocked at the beginning. After arranging a payment with the collection agency, I went to Henry Chen's office and wish to get an answer to it. They treat me so RUDE and saying I would not pay my dental cost and declined to admit what she said at the time of Nov 2016 appointment. COME ON! I have dental insurance, which would cover the total cost, if not because she promised me such thing, why wouldn't I just wait till JAN 2017 to complete my dentist. the IRRESPONSIBILITY, LYING and RUDENESS of their customer service has really rewarded this place a one star, if possible, no star at all! more

Besides professing a love of eating I abhor pain. I recently acquired a toothache that felt as if my jaw would just split from my head and run in fear. So I came here on a friend's reccomendation and I have to say that I am not disappointed. The dentist was extremely nice and was as gentle as possible when it came to drilling(!) my tooth and placing in a filling(!!). I was disappointed in the sudden decline of my dental health, but I have to say that it's rather nice to have someone not nag me to death but advise me on what I should do. more
