Henry Property Management

If I could leave a ZERO Star I would. I signed a lease and paid over $4k deposit. Then I had a family emergency that caused me to make a sudden change in plans and move out of state. I contacted them and they said that they were keeping my full deposit as a cancelation fee. I really do not have the means to fight this in court so the only thing I can do is warn others to STAY AWAY from them. I never took possession of the property. And I do not feel they should have kept my full deposit. I can understand a small fee as allowed by NC law for putting the property back on the market. They are in my opinion THIEVES. more

We recently had two emergencies at our property which Henry Realty has managed for us since 2016. Debbie Henry took care of the emergent repairs, insurance estimates, involving Carolina Restoration Service (CRS) from the beginning and keeping us abreast of her actions. Misty Marshburn-Smith has been our project manager handling every issue with the repairs for both situations, coordinating with CRS and it's contractors and she personally inspected each item as they were completed. Misty's skills in project management, professionalism and transparent communication, discussing issues and choices and sending update photos regularly was incredible. I felt secure in her knowledge and followed her advice. We are very pleased the personal and professional service we received from Debbie and Misty and with how both events and repairs were managed. more

I agree with most of the reviews....once a negative review is posted on any review site for this company, magically you will see positive postings right after. I believe they are well intentioned and not horrible but they could put a little more effort in managing the property for the owners by promptly responding to tenants needs. I do not know what they tell the owners or how much they are billing them for services, but I can tell you so far my experience with their cleaning and repair staff was not great and I hope the owner paid for none of it! I ended up expenses a few hundred dollars for cleaning and repair myself. I am satisfied with my rental; however, I probably will not rent again from HPM. more

I am very satisfied with the services I have received from the Henry Property Management Company. They have always been pleasant, available, responsive and professional. As an owner of a rented apartment in another state, quite some distance away, I have felt confident that the staff is looking out for my interests and deals with any problems that arise. Wow! My family and I relocated to Cary and Henry Property Management made it easy. The staff at Henry Property Management were very helpful to me and my family during our move to North Carolina. Henry Property Management was responsive to our needs/request. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and quick to help. From the initial phone contact to our final check out. The property need some cleaning and touch up before we moved in, particularly the carpet. The day our lease started all of the cleaning had been completed, the carpets cleaned and the townhouse was ready for our move in! During our stay there were a couple of issues with the townhouse but within hours of being notified Henry Property Management responded and had a people in motions to fix the issues. Also, being able to accommodate our pet was a huge bonus. I would be happy to recommend Henry Property Managment to anyone! If your are looking to rent in the Cary/Apex area these folks are great. If you need someone to take care of you rental, based on the way they took care of this place, you couldn't find better. more
