I had been using them since '99 but the last year has been horrible. I switched my home and auto policy to them. Unfortunately a staff member incorrectly entered my phone number in the application. This caused the home insurance company to threaten cancellation of my home policy for non-inspection because they couldn?t schedule an inspection. When I questioned the problem she realized she made the mistake and fixed the number but I still didn't hear from the inspection company. I kept asking, ?why would I not want my house inspected?? After escalating this to the highest possible level the house was finally inspected during the summer. Yesterday, I received a notice of cancellation for non-inspection. I called and the staff member to find out what happened. She took the stance that I was in the wrong. Her notes were incomplete in their system because it did not reflect a number of calls I had with them and the CEO. She acted as if I was liar and told me that I had to prove my house was inspected instead of doing a little work to verify 1st. I am pulling all of my policies from them so this doesn?t happen on something else.
