Great experience 5/26/2011

Great experience in buying the car. Everyone was helpful. Our saleman, Michael Midgley, made sure that the vehicle we purchased was what we wanted, including the vehicle options. There were a few scratches on the car and Michael saw to it that they were buffed out. more

Painless 5/23/2011

This is my second purchase from Henry Day 5/18/2011

Roy was excellent to work with and I would not hesitate to send any one to Roy for the buying experience.This is my second purchase from Henry Day. I was a GM buyer for over 35 years and decided to purchase a Ford Ranger in 2005. The service I received after that purchase is the best I have ever experienced. I don't buy many cars and when we decided to purchase a new vehicle last month there was no question it would be a Ford and we would only buy a Ford from Henry Day and Roy Galbraith. Since I keep my vehicles for a long period of time, I've learned that a Dealership is only as good as the service you receive long after the sale is "old news". When I bring my Ranger in for service I'm treated like I just bought it two days prior and there not "blowing smoke". I know and look forward to having the same quality of service on my new Ford Edge for years to come. more

We ended up driving it away. 5/16/2011

I had been looking for a vehicle for about a year. I did a lot of research on what was available, models, prices, etc. Didn't know exactly what I wanted but knew I wanted a 2010 truck or SUV with low miles and under $25,000. I saw an ad in the AutoGuide for a 2010 Ford Explorer with 21k miles for $24,900 with an Eddie Bauer package. Since we were going to my daughter's I thought we'd stop by and take a look. We ended up driving it away. No pressure, very friendly people. Roy has been great to work with. Bill has made sure that everything to was my liking. Julio got us a better deal on financing that my own bank of 22 years would give me. All in all, very impressed with the whole experience (and that coming from a traditional Chevy guy). more

Roy is the best. He knows and understands our needs and always comes up with the right vehicle at the right price. I have purchased many vehicles from Roy. His honesty and integrity is unsurpassed in the industry. Roy is like a member of the family and we go to him first on our auto purchases. The pricing has always been aggressive and he makes the deal go smoothly. Often he has brought the vehicle to us and we have purchased on the spot, only going to the dealership to close. Even after leaving Utah for Arizona, we rely on Roy for the best deals and service. more

I never thought I could find a dealership that was honest serviceable and truly friendly. My car is used but its A+. Roy Galbraith was amazing his recommendation were educational, and every car I buy will be with him and Henry Day Ford. I couldnt be happier. I went to see Michael Midgley to buy a car. He went above and beyond. He was very honest and informative. He was very professional and also very friendly. He wasn't pushy like a lot of sales men can be. I already recommended him to all my friends and family! I look forward to working with him again! more

Best sales guy 4/26/2011

Hak is the best sales guy that we have ever worked with. He has spent so much time with us and telling us every option that comes with the car. He even spent time with us showing us cars even when we were buying at that time. He just sold us a edge and we love it! He is the best, he got us out of a bad situation and into a good one. more

Amazing 4/21/2011

I have brought a few cars (2) from Michael Midgley and have always had an amazing experience. I was new to the Sync system and he went above and beyond to explain it to me. He also let me take my time in buying and never rushed me, which is a huge deal to me when purchasing as I like to take my time. He was always very honest with me about what I could afford and what would be the best deal for me. I would recommend him to anyone! He was amazing! more

Jeremy was really good to work with. He was fast, honest, trusting, and very pleasant to work with. He followed through with what he told me he was going to do. He wasn't forceful. He never changed the price and was honest in what he told me. He made me feel like my business was important to the dealership. more

Pleasant 4/4/2011

Roy was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. He even brought my garbage cans in when he came with me to pick up our second tradein. He provided a vehicle for us to get to a Doctor's appointment while the truck was being washed and the bed cover installed so we didn't need to cancel the appointment. What we were given for our tradeins was fair and Julio Santoro allowed us to also just do the initial paperwork and come back in to finish it up as my husband wasn't feeling well. All in all it was a pleasant experience and not stressful as buying a vehicle can sometimes be. more

Got what we wanted 3/30/2011

I visited several other dealerships with the intent to buy a 2011 Truck. Every dealership except Henry Day Ford made one offer as a "Take it or Leave it" and that was the end of discussion. Henry Day Ford kept working the deal until we got what we wanted, so we purchased a 2011 F350 and drove it home. more

We went in just to look for cars, and right off found what we were looking for and it was at a great price. There was no pressure to buy. We took it for a test drive. As we were pre-approved, everything went very smoothly. We were in and out in just about 2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and we were very comfortable while we were there. more

This was a very pleasant car buying experience. I worked with Roy throughout the day via phone and email. He was always prompt in getting back to me and answering any and all of my questions. Roy had the car pulled up right in the front when I was able to get to the dealership and ready to go for the test drive. The van was in great shape just how I was told over the phone. There was none of the "let me go talk to the manager". It was here is your payment this is your interest rate and here is the length. I also love the lifetime engine warranty. That is something I have never heard about from any other dealer. I will be seeing Roy again when it is time to buy a new car. more

Everyone I dealt with was a first class pro. My satisfaction was all that mattered and everyone seem to genuinely care about my experience. Bill in accessories completely re detailed the truck due to some residue that got on the paint due to the bed-liner install/pump malfunction. He did this without hesitation. more

I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Hak and would buy my next from him very honest and up front sales and I take my vehicles to Jake in service he has treated me veru good as well, there is no pressure to buy a vehicle or pressure to purchase to buy I do like them keeping me informed of services that are needed for my vehicles, keep up the good work henry day ford. more
