Hennessy Mazda

\r I purchased a 2005 BMW 525i from Hennessy. The customer service was excellent. The management was very professional. The process was was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. I decline to buy the extended warranty but after 2 weeks, some white smoke begin to come from my tail pipe. I called Hennessy , spoke with Chris Moore and mike Johnson. They advise me to bring it back or they would send a tow to come get it. They gave me a loaner car while they fixed my problem. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEALERSHIP, they have been awesome. Next year or sooner, we are trading in my wife 2005 ford expedition for a newer Yukon Denali and we will definitely be buying it from Hennessy gmc in morrow. We live in Buford ga but it was worth the drive. more

We purchased our 2012 Mazda 5 minivan on 7/16/2012 from Hennessy Mazda in Morrow, GA just south of Atlanta. Our experience was WONDERFUL. We found them by doing a consumer reports search for the vehicle we wanted and they had a no haggle bid price posted through the ZAG group. After test driving locally and placing an offer with a local dealer in the Knoxville, TN area, we found that driving 4 hours was a great option. The vehicle we wanted was in short supply in our area, but not only did Markus find our car, had it delivered and was a gentleman throughout the entire process. JB Horne the finance person was also very gracious as we already had financing in place from a local credit union, he did not push us into using him for financing. He worked with our credit union and the entire process was very smooth. This dealership was top notch. We had both our children with us (ages 8 & 11) and they joined us for the test drive then played in the play area and had fresh popcorn while we finished the paperwork. The only hitch was our floor mats were left behind by the delivery person and I am 100% confident that they will be mailed this week. I would recommend Hennessy and the ZAG service through consumerreports.org to anyone looking for a car. more
