I would have to agree that the customer service at Heng Hong is horrible. I wouldn't never go there again.

Excellent work, reasonable prices, great turn-around time. If you have trouble with someone being abrasive, take a look at how you're treating them - often the 'rudeness' is a response to your own discourtesy. I've been taking alteration work to Mr. Hong for years and he has always been polite with me, but then I'm always polite to him too. more

LOVE HENG HONG 12/31/2011

I took a sequine gown in to be altered and it wasn't an easy job and he did an amazing job; but, I then decided I wanted another dress for the New Years black tie my husband and I were attending and bought another gown the day before the event and he was so sweet to alter the hem and place a slit in the gown. He is fabulous. I read other reviews of him being rude, I myself own a hair salon and customers energy/personalities don't alwasy mesh with the atomsphere I have created for my magic to accur. Anyways...he does amazing work and his customer service to me on two different ocassions was great. Will be taking many other garments to him in the future. more

my mom went there to get her leather shortened, he did such a great job she recommends him to everyone. i took my marc jacob dresses, bcbg max azeria dresses, and bebe dresses to be altered. i love how perfect my dresses fit me now. more

What I like about this place, is that I took a leather jacket that had a big tear around the pocket to get sewn. I was told that it wouldn't look great, but i said to go ahead and do it. The job was just absolutely perfect and I was very happy. I took an old leather jacket that I had that had a torn around the sleeve and asked them to sew it up and they told me the job would not be perfect but when I got it back I was very satisfied with it. more
