Thanks for the great service! 2/29/2012

Thanks to Hendricks Auto for helping us get our deployed soldier's truck inspected and ready to go for him when he returns from Afghanistan. We were driving down from upstate New York; they fit us into an already busy day and had us on our way very quickly. Really appreciated how they stepped up to the plate and helped us. Thanks very much -- and greatly appreciate your support of our active duty soldiers! more

Disappointing 4/1/2010

While H&S certainly has friendly workers, they are unknowledgable at best and manipulative at worst. I had a repair completed which cost me over $1300. When the same part broke only 3 months later, they said they did not know why it happened. Then, they informed me that they would not re-repair unless I paid for more than half of it. They are not willing to stand by their work and should not be trusted. Pros: Friendly Cons: Unwilling to stand by work more
