Horrible customer service. They take too long to reply to maintenance issues. They did not preform basic maintenance between tenants (carpets were dirty and walls scratched and full of nail holes when we moved in). They expect tenants to make all improvements normally made by maintenance companies upon move out (i.e. patch all nail holes in walls, have carpets professionally cleaned, have professional pesticide spray service, clean inside and outside of windows., clean entire exterior surface of apt, etc.). When I have called about problems with my home, the women who work in the office have been extremely rude and unhelpful. They make you pay the last two weeks rent in advance (in addition to your deposit), and tried to get me to re-pay the last two weeks of rent. I'm not expecting to get my deposit back when I move out based on their insane cleaning list; although, I have not caused any damage to my apartment and never not had full deposit returned (except for another company in Auburn). If you must rent w/ them, they only seem to respond if you call frequently and get upset w/ someone (which is easy to do once they start getting snippy and rude).
