The worst! 2/20/2011

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. If I could give that lady a review of -5, I would. She wouldn't let me get a word in, told me it was a holiday and didn't even need to answer the phone (it was President's day - most places are open) and then she hung up on me. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever dealt with! more

Rather then give them any starz, is there such a think az negitive starz? They could get 5negitive starz. The 300 iz beautifull, they should give it to some one who knows how to keep it clean. The inside was sticky and the glasses were dirty. I used these ppl against btr addvice, I thought I was getting a deal. I would have paid a few more bucks to not have to clean the car. If u use these ppl, I hope u r not trying to impress anyone................ more

I have to agree that Evelyn is the worst businesswoman I ever dealt with my entire life. Not only were we hung up on multiple times but we were repeatably yelled at with this holier-than-thou attitude. EVELYN HENDERSON IS THE WORST BUSINESS WOMAN I'VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. SHE IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND VERY HARD TO WORK WITH. I CONTACTED EVELYN 4 WEEKS FROM MY WEDDING DATE TO COMFIRM PAYMENT AND ITINERARY, SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT SHE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE NAVIGATOR UP THE HILL TO MY PICK-UP LOCATION (ODD SINCE 18-WHEELERS GET UP THERE) WHEN I ASKED HER HOW LONG UNTIL SHE WOULD HAVE THE ANSWER FOR ME SHE FLEW OFF THE HANDLE, CANCELLED MY RESERVATION (YES, 4 WEEKS OUT FROM MY WEDDING) AND HUNG UP ON ME.
