Hemborg Ford

This place is a JOKE!!! I went to purchase a car that I found online at hemborg I get there and had a overall not bad experience in the purchase of the car. They try and gouge you a little but honestly what dealer doesn't... Anyway I had bought the truck and everything was a mess from then on I had a due bill from the dealer stating that there were things to b fixed on the car that we had discussed prior to the sale and it took them 3weeks to call me and set up and appt. then when I come down there they don't have the parts and sent me away that same day on my way home I noticed the transmission started shifting erratictly and hard and when I pull in my drive way and get out there is coolant leaking from the truck!! 2 days later I bring it into service and explain to them the problems I am having. At this point I had had the car for 3weeks and put only about 200 miles on it. The service guy calls me in the afternoon saying the transmission did not have the correct up to date flash put more

DO NOT SHOP AT HEMBORG! FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE OPERATOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE! THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO SOMETHING ELSE! Pros: NONE Cons: A BUNCH OF LIARS more

If you're willing to pay top dollar for condescending service, this is your dealership! I had my truck towed in. It was completely, electrically, dead.... 2 new batteries and a diagnostic process later, it was ready for pick-up. There actually WAS a simple to understand reason for my truck's problem, but I had to hear it from a different mechanic, because the service writer at Hemborg was just as brusque and uncommunicative as he had been in my previous dealings with him. I now use another dealership's service department. more

As a woman, I always feel like auto service centers are out to gouge me. I LOVED my experience with Hemborg Ford. I took my vehicle to the Ford dealership after a horrible experience with a no-name company expecting the worse. They were so helpful, the prices were reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed. I will take my vehicle back to Hemborg Ford every time....and I'll give them first chance to sell me my next car. more
