Helzberg Diamonds

My husband bought my DREAM RING. We got engaged on December 7, 2015 and married September 10,2016. On our honeymoon I lost a diamond out of my ring and on our way home from our honeymoon we took it there and the workers were completely rude to us about not getting my ring inspected AS WE WERE PLANNING OUR WEDDING. So my ring was gone for 2 weeks. THEN on thanksgiving my ring COMPLETLY BROKE to where it cut my finger. Gone another 3 weeks. I get it back and have got it checked every 6 months and my ring has to be taken away from me for 2 weeks because I have diamonds loose. I work as a dental assistant and I wear a silicone ring to work every day btw. The last time I get my ring back for 3 MONTHS. And it breaks again and I lose 3 diamonds. They say it’s going to be gone for 2 weeks and I told them that I am leaving town for 10 days and I would want my ring back by then and they were so rude to me acting like I’m the reason why my ring was breaking. I get a call 2 days before it’s supposed to be back and they says it’s going to be another week. So I am going across the country without my wedding ring because they cannot make good rings. The only way that I can recommend them is because they made my dream ring but I feel like I have had it taken away from me longer than I have been married, go somewhere else. And also they are RUDE they will not talk to you unless you come up to them and say you wanna buy something. more

While I have not purchased jewelry here, I have stopped in to browse and the employees are really nice. I didn't end up purchasing the ring I was looking at, but I never felt as if the sales rep was being pushy or overbearing. The sales rep and I ended up chatting about non-jewelry related things for a while and then I left without her trying to push me into buying the ring. She did offer to open a line of credit for me to buy the ring, but I already have a line of credit with another jeweler, so when I declined, she rolled with it and didn't hound me anymore. All the while, she had a very pleasant attitude. more
