I have bought from Heltons and found them to be very friendly - until something goes wrong with your purchase. I bought a $3000 set from them and was told I was getting the top of the line in furniture (only a sales pitch.) But, when I called them three weeks later to tell them that my cushions were sagging and looked worsed than the set I just gave away that was ten years old, they told me they were suppose to look that way. Now I wished I had listened to a lady at work who tried to tell me not to buy from them because she did not have a good exprience with them either. Perhaps they did not feel they needed to take care of our problems because we were not locals. If you do not listen to the advice of not buying from them, at least get in writing exactly what they are going to do for you if you should have a problem after the purchase. As for me, I have spent my last dime with them and would not recommend them to anyone. Go to Springfield you can find the same furniture at the same price - all you have to do is tell them what Helton's will sell it to you for and they will either beat their price or match it.
Pros: Friendly during sale
Cons: Does not want to hear from you after the sell
