Helotes Collision did not deliver on time! 3/8/2012

We took our sons car into Helotes Collision and were told it would be 8 days to get it back. Since we were not going through our insurance, we paid out of pocket up front. Apparently, that was not a good idea because, since they already had our money, they had no motivation to please us or meet the expectation they had set. They still had our sons car 2 weeks later!!!!! more

  • We have been in business since August 1, 2001.  Carl has been in the body shop business over 25 years.  Prior to opening Helotes Collision Center, Carl was the Body Shop Manager at Gillman Honda for 16 years.  When Patsy retired from Southwestern Bell Tel. Co., Carl decided to open his own shop in Helotes.

    We have great customers and we owe our success to their repeat visits and referrals.
