To start we had been with a live answering service for over 20 years. With costs continually increasing and service marginal I decided to look into options. I didn't even know this type of service even existed but basically its voicemail on steroids. Hello Phoenix designed us a simple non complicated messaging service that is easy for our customers to use. It?s really simple?.our phones are answered on the first ring and callers are given two options Press 1 if they have a non urgent situation that can be handled during normal business hours or Press 2 to leave an urgent message that will be returned immediately. If they Press 1 the caller is directed into a voice mail box that we check every morning. If they press 2 the caller is sent to a different voice mail box and we are notified instantly. Everything is professionally scripted and recorded so our business maintains our professional image. We even get a copy of the actual message in our email. At anytime we can login to the server make changes and pull detailed call reports. This service is awesome! Our bills went from $650 per month with our previous Live Operator Service down to $99.00 per month. With the $500 savings I was able to finance new equipment for my business. We decided to try the ""Telephone Call Managment Service"" as an alternative to traditional ""Live Operator Service"". After 24 years of using Live Operator services I was a little apprehensive as to moving to a technology based system.
