POOR SERVICE - BAD BODY SHOP 11/10/2009

I had a very bad experience at their body shop. I took car after I had a scratch on driver side door. They said the door needs to be replaced. After the repair, the widows were not rolling up predictably, sometimes it hesitate to roll up. The mirror control switches were broken. The right side mirror stopped turning. When I took back to the body shop next day, they are saying it is not related to their repair. He says this is switch failure and a coincidence that it happened now!!! PLEASE DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP. more

Very poor customer relations 9/22/2008

Helfman like many new car dealers are more interested in getting a deal done than trying to do it right just tie the customer up in a deal and fix it later or get them in a car then change the deal later. Shame on you take the time to do right the first time your sales people are terrible and your managers are even worse like little hungry puranas. I will never buy another vehicle from Helfman and I will tell every person I talk to never even look at this dealership. more

Oil Change 8/4/2005

I bought my car another car dealer and had been paying almost $100.00 everytime I went for an oil change. Then a friend recommended that I go to Helfman Dodge. Oh man was I surprised to find a shuttle bus who would take me to work and kind service people. Oh yes! They didnt charge me an arm and a leg and they were helpful and explained everything to me. more
