I would never take my truck anywhere else. 8/7/2013

For the most part everything has gone really well. There is some condensation that's forming in my left taillight that was not there before the accident. But everything else is great. They had to repair the whole left side of my truck, including the windshield and the windows and also the tailgate. So basically, they had to redo two thirds of my truck. When I got it back it looked better than before the wreck. I was really, really impressed with the body work and the time they spent and the details they got. They really put it back basically exactly how it was before. They did an amazing job; they really did. Be patient and let them do what they need to do. Because in my experience, there are things that they can find along the way. With my truck, they had to redo a bunch of electrical work I didn't even know needed to get done. So they're very thorough. Don't worry if it's taking a little longer than you're thinking it should take because they are really good. They also warranty their work for the lifetime of the vehicle. That's such a relief for the customer and a good peace of mind. more

Fast, friendly, and reliable service. 7/31/2013

We had a fender bender and Heitzman Body & Paint, Inc. painted the front fender of our Suburban like new. Even more, we had a dent on one of the back doors from a previous accident and they fixed that too. They are reasonably priced and are very fast. Great communicative service 7/26/2013

Heitzman Body and Paint did a really good job. They were pretty prompt and let me know when things were going on. They were responsive because they needed to take some time to get the parts and they let me know right away when the timeline changed a bit. They dealt with my insurance and the final product looks great! more

Quick with the estimate, work was done well. 6/26/2013

My car had a small ding in the back that needed to be fixed so I took it to Heitzman. Their price was fair and they worked very well with our insurance company. They asked me how they did in the process and the work was high quality. Danielle was great to work with. more

I have been going to them for years. 5/29/2013

I have been going to them since the 1980's. I was working for the city of Beaverton and we had to take some land from the front of their property for the street to be rebuilt. I was trying to use businesses effected by the construction, so I stopped in there. I was satisfied with the job and have been going to them since. more

Heitzman Body & Paint was very excellent. They were efficient and carried through with what they promised. They explained what they were doing and what the costs were. They told me that if the cost changed they would tell me before doing anything. They were on time. They more than met the expectations I had. I'm very satisfied. It looks like a brand new car! more

It was pretty easy setting up an appointment with Heitzman Body & Paint, Inc. They did repairs from an accident and all of the work was done as agreed. I'd prefer more communication in the way of updates. more

No complaints. 3/22/2013

Someone hit the corner of my car and pushed the bumper in. They wanted to keep it out of insurance since it wasn't much damage, so I was okay with that. The person who hit me recommended Heitzman, I had looked at a few other places too but they ended up being more expensive. I went down there, and they did it in a day where other places had quoted 2-3 days. I thought they did a good job on the repair. more

Very happy with the work. Only complaint is with communication. This was a pretty simple job and was informed that it would take 2 days to complete. It took 4 days. I would have appreciated just being kept up to date on the progress. more

Good Workmanship 2/26/2013

My son drove his car into a ditch, causing $11,000 worth of damage. We took his car to Heitzman Body & Paint because our insurance company listed them as a possible shop to use. We had used them once before and had a satisfactory experience then, so we decided to return. They do very good work. You would never know our Acura was in an accident and the 2012 Prius looks just like the day it came out of the showroom. more

Reasonable rates, great work 2/20/2013

I was satisfied with Heitzman Body and Paint. They repaired a dent on the side of my truck and they had to cut out some metal and replace the tailgate and bumper. Now that the work is done, it looks great. It was my first time using Heitzman, and I was brought to them for their very reasonable and competitive rates. more

They were really good at Heitzman Body & Paint. I'm happy with them. I've taken two of my cars there, my truck and car. I was in a wreck in my car and took it in to get repairs. They were very courteous. Since then I've taken in my truck to have little things done. They did a wonderful job. I didn't know that they were one of the oldest shops in town. Their experience does make a difference. I've been to others and after going to Heitzman Body & Paint I wont go anywhere else. Once you go you'll keep going back. more

Rocky, the manager, was a huge help. Very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. My new mustang is my baby, so I was nervous to have any work done but Rocky got the job done, and then some. My baby looks brand new, I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great job. more

After so many years, they're still the best... 12/15/2010

I have had Heitzman's work on my cars for more years than I'd care to admit, and every time I am 100% satisfied. This is the kind of shop you want to go to: they're family owned (at least three generations now, I believe), an ""eco business,"" and they do a lot for the community around here. Its very refreshing to find this kind of business in such a corporate world these days. Any time they work on my car they are professional, timely, and very thorough. Hope I won't have to visit again anytime soon, but if I do I know I'll be taken care of. more

Honest, trustworthy body shop 4/1/2009

Every time I take my car into these guys, I know I am in good hands. They put factory parts on my car and had the car back earlier than they said. They are extrememely trustworthy and will work with you until you are completely satisfied. I will continue to use them whenever I need to and wouldn't think about going anywhere else!
