Very informative about rug cleaning process. Was able to see area where rugs are cleaned. Rug cleaning on 8x11 rug completed on 2 weeks. Have not opened rug to inspect as rug was wrapped in brown paper when I picked it up. more

We had two wool rugs cleaned and treated for dog urine spots. The man who picked up and redelivered the rugs was very courteous and helpful. He answered all of my questions and left me feeling that I made a good choice. Most importantly, the rugs looked great when they came back. more

When I called, I was told they had hours on Saturday from 8-12. We live in Terre Haute and arrived approx. 11 AM Sat. Only the cleaning perosn was present. We were treated well given a brief tour. My name and phone number was taken. The following Monday was contacted and given all informaton I needed. Was contacted when they were done. We did not unwrap them till today (3-24-12) due to cleaning in the home. What a wonderful surprise. They were beautiful! Like new! more

If you are the ones that shampoo ed our carpet, they did a good job. If you are the ones that took our large rung under the table to dry clean, then I would like to say that when it came back it did not look like it did before. However, I think you had to do alot of cleaning because of our dog stains. I woulnd'nt pay that much again ($500) to have a rung cleaned. The service was excellent however. Thanks more

When I first found out about Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning, the basic idea was that I had acquired a very large, valuable antique oriental rug. I bought it at an auction, and previously it had been out on farm. Over the years people tracked dirt in and out of the stable area where the rug was. There were places where it was completely caked. I don't know if it was manure or what, but it was impregnated into the wool. None of the places in my hometown could clean it, so I called Heirloom and they got five to ten bags of dirt off it. Now it looks gorgeous in my cottage. They were able to clean an usually soiled rug, and I continue to use them for my rugs. I actually just met with Rick a couple of hours ago regarding a pet odor problem on one of them. Most people say you can't get that odor out of rugs, but Rick assured me they're capable. Not only do I recommend them to others, but they're actually cleaning a friend's rug that I took to them today. And just as a final testament to their customer service, I actually meet Rick half way between there and here in Bloomington, IL when I need a cleaning. I'm willing to drive 100 miles for their service. Dave, Rick, and the Heirloom people do a higher quality job with valuable antique rugs for a lower cost than you can get elsewhere. more
