Bogus check 9/8/2009

This construction company came to our facility in Lexington,Ky and picked up some fans. We were given a check in the amount of $9,600 , which has now been returned to our bank 3 times NSF. We have contacted the owner several times. He responded once saying he would take care of the check, but has failed to do so. We will not conduct business with this company any longer. Pros: Installed our product Cons: Did not pay for our product more

he started remodeling our bathrooms four monthe ago-has tiole half way done, and then stoped work-wont answer phone. also i have an insurance clain. he did the repairs-the insurance company wants to talk with him before thay pay me and he has not called them to date whish is 45 days since thay left mesages for him to call as a result i havent been paid. in all fairness to him-he hyas done a excelent job so far with the project-if you would like to speek with me please call me at 847-791-3247-walt Pros: high quality work and design Cons: poor comunication if he has a problem more
