I have never met a more professional and caring doctor in my life! Dr. Heinz and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment Andrea answered the phone, I knew my experience would be great. The staff thoroughly explained the procedures and steps and I was more then prepared on the day of surgery. I had a few complications after surgery (by no fault of the doctor or myself, it was just the nature of the surgery). \r Dr. Heinz and his staff made me feel comfortable and were able to see me the same day. I have recommended Dr. Heinz to family and friends and if I ever need another procedure I will without a doubt go back! more

I have been wanting a tummy tuck for 20 years after getting horrible stretch marks, separated stomach muscles and extra hanging skin from my 2 pregnancies. I finally decided to start looking in to it. I saw 5 doctors in Colorado Springs with prices all over the place. I felt comfortable with Dr. Heinz and his staff. He spent a lot of time showing me before and after pictures as well as explaining the procedure to me. I took a few months to think about it and finally decided to go for it December of 2012 and figured while I was doing it why not get a breast lift also. Dr. Heinz gave me my body back. It wasn't an easy road recovering but his staff was there for me the whole way. I am so glad I finally did it. I had lower back pain for years and that is gone now that my muscles are reconnected. I am feeling good. I have been doing yoga, going to the gym, and hiking! more

When I made the decision to have labiaplasty I began searching for the best doctors in Colorado. I chose Dr. Heinz because he was the closest to where I live, had good reviews and a free consultation. (Most surgeons asking for at least $100 just to be seen) I had wanted to have my surgery as soon as possible because as a full time worker and student spring break would be the most time I had off for recovery. I was seen within a couple weeks and they fit me in to have my surgery the very next day per my request. I was expecting to spend at least a couple thousand dollars more then Dr. Heinz charged. He charged an all-inclusive flat rate. As a young college student I didn?t feel as though I was being high balled or taken advantage of which was how I felt over the phone with other offices. I arrived for my surgery prepared with all of the directions and medications I would need. The procedure went smoothly and I was in minimal pain the first day. It was a painful procedure throughout the healing process, as it is an extremely sensitive and delicate area but every issue I had due to pain, or irritation was addressed promptly. The staff was extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions and fit me in to see the doctor any time I requested. The staff was so sweet and compassionate and they always remembered my name when I came in or called. When my final stitch was causing irritation they fit me in right away to have it removed. I cannot speak to how pleasant they are enough, it is an uncomfortable and downright embarrassing problem to have and I always felt relaxed and comfortable. I just finished my final appointment today and everything is totally healed and I am very pleased with the results. If I ever need another procedure I will definitely return to Dr. Heinz. The care was excellent, customer service was the best I have ever had, pain management was excellent and the staff was absolutely wonderful. If you are having any considerations for having cosmetic surgery for esthetic reasons or comfort DO IT! I have so much more confidence and it is your body you should be happy with it and it is a worthwhile investment. more

I am new to the area and woke up one morning to find that I had breast that completed deflated. I had gone to 2 other surgeons and they wanted to charge me more just to fix the bad breast. Dr. Heinz, allowed me to change from saline to silicone bilaterally for less than half of what the other doctors wanted to replace with saline on just one side. He and his staff made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. I have already recommended him and will continue to as long as I am here. more

I was treated with respect and every concern I had with my breast reconstruction, after breast cancer surgery, was promptly answered and alleviated. This doctor has an extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff! From my initial telephone call on, everything was done to facilitate an exceptional experience. Speaking with Dr. Heinz' assistant gave me confidece they could navigate through Tricare (my insurace carrier) to ensure my authorization was approved. At the initial consultation, it was a pleasure to finally meet the smiling staff whom I had previously spoken with. The waiting room and facility was pristine and tranquil. The exam rooms were done up in an atmosphere reminiscent of a spa, not some sterile treatment room. The cairs were opulently plush, a terrycloth robe awaited my donning and high fashion magazines were there for me to peruse. When I met Dr. Heinz, he was extremely personable and instilled a faith in me that my previously unsuccessful surgeries could be corrected. The outcome was nothing short of miraculous and I have walked away amazed at the improvement! I just want to say thank you for the best eperience I have had thus far with a surgical team-nothing more could possibly have done to facilitate this incredible journey! I am immensely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this exceptional team to my friends, family, coworkers or fellow citysearch perusers. Dr. Heinz is a very good surgeon. He is extremely knowledgable and his credentials are outstanding. I have had several different surgeries with Dr. Heinz and have had excellent outcomes on all of them. He has a great bed side manner and goes out of his way to make sure you understand all the ramifications of the surgery. If by chance something needs to be corrected, he doesn't hesitate to let you know what needs to be done and usually does this at his own expense. His staff is also very competent and will spend as much time as needed to make sure everything is understood and the patient is feeling comfortable. Dr. Heinz is very personable and is very good with people of all ages, from children to the elderly. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone. Currently celebrating my third surgery with Dr. Tad Heinz! The outcome of my three surgeries including breast lift and augumentation, tummy tuck and thighs has been amazing. After losing over 100 pounds with gastric bypass surgery four years ago, I was ready for a physical transformation. With the support and skill of Dr. Heinz and his staff I have truly gone through a metamorphosis! During the initial free consultation Dr. Heinz and staff discussed my goals, and together we planned the course of surgeries. Dr. Heinz kept me well informed and I always felt supported. I feel extremely fortunate to have benefitted from the professional consultation, surgeries,and follow-up of Dr. Heinz and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Heinz. The wrong implants and size of implant were used. Over dissected as a result the implants bottomed out. Refused to replace with the implants that were originally agreed upon. Wanted to repair in his back office. When I refused he offerred me $300. I refused and told him he would have to do the repairs at the surgical center. Complained that I was costing him a lot of money. He did not repair the breasts at the second surgery. I had to seek a specialist in breast reconstruction for cancer patients and consequently have another surgery. In order to repair Dr. Heinz' work, this surgeon had to open me up from one side of me to the other. I would not recommend Dr. Heinz for any surgery. more
