The only reason I gave this clinic a 4 instead of a 5-star rating has nothing to do with the quality of care given to my animals at Wedgewood Pet Clinic. Most of the employees are friendly and courteous and do their assigned jobs efficiently. However, I have a major personality conflict with one of the back office employees and try to avoid her if at all possible. Without the personality clash with this person, I would rate this clinic a 5-star! \r
This clinic has three of the best veterinarians I have ever met. Dr. Jim Lee is my personal favorite however, Dr. Heintz and Dr Benham are also excellent. Dr. Lee has learned that I want detailed explanations of the health problem he is treating. He never fails to spend as much time as is necessary with me and my pet to ensure I fully understand what he is treating and why. In addition, Dr. Lee does not hesitate to let me know that a particular medical treatment I have requested for my pet is beyond the scope of his clinic.\r

The quality of care at this pet clinic is above the average of any clinic I have seen in over 30 years of having pets, both cats and dogs. Even a routine exam of a cat or dog is done with great care and completeness. Many of my pets' health problems have been discovered during one of Dr. Lee's routine exams. I have found Dr. Lee to be exceptionally well informed and knowledgeable concerning the heath issues of both cats and dogs. However, he is also open to listen to any research I have done concerning my pets' illness and gives my ideas careful consideration. I have used an array of the clinic's services including routine vaccinations, spay/neuter, orthopedic surgery, dental work and various bacterial and other illness over the past four years.
Pros: Knowledgeable Vets, Quality Pet Care, Wide Variety of Services, Helpful & Courteous Front Desk
