The location is excellent! Sits in the middle of the Highlands. The staff is okay and the coffee is very strong.

Heine Brother's Coffee 3/30/2006

I like their hot chocolate. They have lots of games, and are very nice about letting you sit around and play them. Also, there are typically people out front playing chess in the summer. It's connected by a doorway to Carmichael's bookstore, which is nice for browsing; people often drop by here for coffee after eating at one of the several restaurants around the corner. more

GREAT COFFEE 8/1/2005

Around since 1994, Heine Brothers serves one of the best cups of coffee in town. They roast their beans from around the globe right here in town. Their coffee blows the chain stores away!! They offer fair trade and organic coffees and teas. Each location draws a unique blend of people. Half the fun is checking out the crowd. In the summer, try the frozen cappuccino for a treat. more
