For serious crafters 8/17/2005

This craft store is for very serious knitting and crocheting individuals. I went in looking for regular run of the mill yarn (Red Heart brand) and they didn't carry it in the store. All they carry are the very expensive, very small skeins of yarn. However they will order anything you want as long as the company still makes it. So they saved me there. They do take a long time to get your orders in. more

Wow - a crafter's haven 8/1/2005

I love doing crafts. A fellow crafty friend told me about Heindselman's when I was looking for tatting supplies. They seem to have more of anything you could need for knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, tatting, and so on than any other place! They have 2 walls full of different kinds of threads. Usually most places carry only 1 or 2 books about tatting (lacework) as it isn't as well known. Heindselman's has binders full of sample books you can buy.
