rip off 4/4/2012

If you are thinking of buying a used car from Hebert's, don't. My husband and I went there in search of a good used auto and what we bought was a piece of crap. They promised a 50 point inspection and all was well with our ""wonderful"" car. When we drove it off the lot, we realized that the CD player didn't work and we took it back for them to fix. Guess what? We had driven it off the lot and it was ""no longer their problem"". We have owned this car for less than a year and we have had to fix multiple things, from belts and hoses, to water pump and more. The seat warmer comes on and won't go off. The driver's window won't go down, the passenger's window fell into the door and shattered. The back seat window won't go down any longer. The air conditioner has gone out and the list goes on. I believe their 50 point inspection consisted of no more than a car wash and checking to see if it had tires. I will never drive on their lot again much less buy another automobile from them. Buy at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. more

Great Service 9/11/2009

I went in to have my car checked, as my engine light was on. I was greeted by Deidra Sandefur who assured me that my car would be handled quickly. I decided to wait while they preformed the needed repairs. Within an hour she came and told me the findings and then returned again about 45 minutes later to let me know my car was completed. This is the reason I continue to come to this dealership. They have quality service technicians & the service staff is great. Thanks for another good job!! more

I visited HT&C and the service department was busy but D. Sandefur still made an effort to service me and be professional at the same time. She is very knowledgeable in her services. OUTSTANDING! 9/8/2009

I am from out of town and I own a Chrysler 300 ... I needed to service my vehicle before I went back on the road and I have been to many other dealerships & the service has always been poor compared to where I bought my vehicle but I found Deadra very helpful and friendly. She made me feel like I was at home again!! Thanks for the great exprience. more

I can not express just how extremely IMPRESSED I am with Hebert's service. Deadra Sandefur walked my vehicle personally through the entire process and kept me updated as to the status of my service. Great Experience 8/25/2009

I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram Mega Cab from Hebert's Town and Country and couldn't be happier. Not only did I get a quality used vehicle, but the customer service throughout the entire process was flawless. My salesman, Chris, has been helpful on every service visit and even called me to check and see how I was enjoying my new truck. Hebert's Town and Country is the most enjoyable experience that I've had purchasing a vehicle. Will definitely be back once I'm in the market again. more

Love This Jeep 3/31/2009

I purchased a new 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them last August. Internet sales guy (Preston) owns one just like it and always talks to me when I come for service. He has even helped me choose what lift and tires to put on it. Service has been as advertised. Kids love it when we take the top off. My Wife will be looking for a van soon and they will get my business again, they have earned it!\r \r Mr. Les Crow more

New Car bought from them 1/20/2009

My daughter and son-in-law bought a Charger this year new from them and it's been no joy for them just a headache. It came with nice 22" rims and they have been extremely cautious driving it and have done nothing to mess them up but with in a couple of weeks one tire kept leaking air then blew out. They would not take responsibility so they had to buy the tire themselves. Now a second tire is doing the same and come to find it had 2 knots and was rubbing the inside of the rim on the car because it has no clearance. They have now found out from the ones the dealer had put the tires on and they had also lowered the car which was not disclosed in the paperwork when bought and the dealer still will not do anything except tell them to claim this on insurance when it's not and why should their insurance go up for what is their fault it's the dealers fault because they had all this put on the car before it was bought and not at their request. Crappy Crappy people. They have two kids 4 and 2 y more
