I have done bussiness with heavenly sleep shoppe for at least 10 years. Five years ago I purchased a Sealy mattress with a ten year warranty and recently the matress has failed. It was confrimed by a heavenly sleep shop representative that the sealy matress has failed. At first the owner did not want to help with this warranty at all and i have known the owner for at least 20 years. When i could not get any help from Heavenly Sleep Shoppe i called Sealy. Sealy stated they would only deal with thier dealer and not the consumer direct. Recently i was told to bring my mattress in so sealy could inspect thier faulty product and they would possibly have a replacement in 3 to 31/2 weeks , which would mean i would be left without a bed to sleep on during this period of time. I have had sealy products before and also had promblems with them. There is no customer service with either one of these companies.
