I came to this sight to look up Sara's phone number at Heavely Pets and saw that awful review and HAD TO REPLY !!! This was SLANDEROUS on that reviewer's part ! Did you ever find someone who COMPLAINS about EVERYTHING...the type that nit picks all the time, the type that would complain if you hung her with a new rope? Well, there you go. Heavenly Pet's groomer, Sara, is the BEST groomer I've had for my Bichon. He hates his feet touched, and I arrived early one day, to see him letting her clip his toes, NO problem! The thing I like most is that you can sit and watch the owner Sara groom your dog. She is kind to my pets and very knowledgable about how to care for them. The prices are very reasonable, actually the cheapest place I've been to. But dont confuse quality with price. The quality is the best I've seen. Pros: you can watch as your dog gets groomed more

Stood behind partition awaiting service and the clerk and groomer did not see me. Groomer Sara yelled the name of the dog who was being groomed then hauled back and PUNCHED him HARD, with a closed fist. I saw the dog do nothing wrong. Other clerk then saw me standing there and screamed "" Sara! "" - as if to say ""We have company!"". Groomer, Sara, then flung the dog off of the grooming table and threw him into a crate. State Troopers were called and report filed. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! Sara verbally harassed me, repeatedly, as I waited for Troopers. Nasty, disgusting creature she is. Cons: Disturbing animal abuse, When confronted, groomer told me ""she could do whatever she (expletive) wanted to"" - to the dog being groomed. more
