I had a good experience at the salon. Especially when I went and saw Debra. She gave me the best facial I've ever had. The atmosphere was great and the people are friendly.

Worst

Wow doesn't sound like the salon I would like to go to. Very intersting reviews. Does anyone have any other suggestions of a good salon down south.?

I was surprised to see someone post a negative review of the Heaven Sent Spa, especially of MY hairdresser Rhonda. She started doing my hair when I lived in Castle Rock years ago & now I drive all the way from Broomfield to get her special, professional touch once a month! It seems as if a smart, talented, & professional hairdresser has been bashed for something that has nothing to do with her professional skills. I highly recommend her and pass her cards to my friends, both male & female ~ Great colors, cuts, & personality! Pros: Everyone friendly, great colorist who listens to my needs! Cons: Long drive from Broomfield more

I just moved to Castle Rock and went to Heaven Sent simply just from seeing their website. The salon and spa are very cute and the staff was great. Rhonda gave me a haircut and color and it came out just like I hoped - I was very pleased. The staff is also multi-talented being able to do more than just one treatment including spa. I can't wait to go back and get a massage or facial! Oh and one thing was that my stylist was running behind, but they called me about an hour before and asked if I could move my appt back 15 minutes. I really appreciated that instead of having to sit in the waiting area. more

Every time we visit Melissa's salon we are treated like angels. We love going together for the day-mom and daughter. Melissa and her staff are wonderful people to spend hours with and they all do such an excellent job at their craft. I DO recommend this salon & spa to all of my friends, and acquaintances.
