Worst

The Problem did get fixed but I feel that I was grossly over charged for a service call that took less than one hour and charged $217 for a part that I could buy on line for $15!...

Detailed inspection and the service tech was professional. 4/29/2018

Recommend highly! My only suggestion is to give the customer a heads up on what to expect as far as the service inspection cost, when the appointment is made by phone. more

5-Star Service 4/27/2018

I have a house that I'm renting out, so I call Youngbergs One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning whenever it needs work done. They have nice, friendly people in the office, and I can usually get them out there any time I want them to, or the next day. I don't really interact with the techs that come to the house, but they're polite over the phone. They call me when they're heading out, they call when they get there, and when they look at the job, to tell me what the situation is, and what the price will be. That way, I can go ahead and have them fix it, or not. Although they haven't gone out there much, I've been using them for about 2-3 years, and I am very happy with them. more

Five star service from Youngbergs 4/5/2018

My experience with Youngbergs One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was great. They came out to do the air conditioning service with no issues. The tech who responded was good with everything and explained the service. That was my first time using the company, so I also thought that they were easy to get in touch with. I made the service appointment online and someone got in touch with me, and I think it even happened on the same day. more

Highly Recommended 2/14/2018

I have been using Youngbergs One Our Heating & Air Conditioning since they came and installed my unit system. Since then they've always been very upfront. We have a service contract with them, so they come by twice a year to maintain our unit, and their scheduling is great; they come by when you can be there. Also, if there's anything extra that's needed on our unit, they are upfront and talk to you about it, and they're right on time in getting that done. We have been using them for 2 years now, and will continue to use them in the future, as we will re-up our service contract when it expires. more

Great Customer Service. 1/30/2018

Very good experience with Youngbergs One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, I have been doing business with them for a couple years now and they have never failed to provide us with consistently good customer service. We recently had them out for our bi-annual furnace check-up, they went through there normal diagnosis and gave us all the information we needed regarding the condition of our unit. They always do a very thorough job and are very professional, we will definitely continue using them. Would highly recommend them. more

Great company 12/28/2017

Several years ago our furnace died in the middle of the winter. Youngberg's installed a new furnace and have serviced ever always. They are prompt and always do a god job. more

Five stars 12/21/2017

Youngbergs One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning just does a good job. They replaced a thermostat after I just called to ask them to come--so they showed up and the work was done on the same day. The technicians were nice and did their job, so I guess that's professional. They did the job it and it works. But I may truck around to find another place because of their prices--I thought I was charged a little too much for the thermostat. more

I have been using Youngbergs One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for several years now, and they always do efficient work. I like that when I call them up, they are able to come out within a day or so. They are very courteous of my home and always put on shoe covers before entering. The technicians really know what they are doing and I am confident with their work. I am happy so I will keep using them! more
