Heaths Service

Brought our car in for an oil change. \r Robert suggested we get a new serpentine belt because ours was worn, so we said yes. \r The next day our car had a loud squeal from the belt, so we brought it back to him. Robert said we needed a tensioner pulley and that was causing the noise. We declined to spend the $300 he quoted us and picked the car up, That afternoon the car died and wouldn't start so we called him back. \r He towed our car to his shop the next morning for free, (thanks Robert) \r That afternoon I called to see what was going on with our car, his secretary said our car was fine now and to call Monday and speak with Robert, he left early to go to the Phillies game.\r Everything works fine with the car now, but........................\r Monday I called him to see what was wrong and he told me he had to put in a new alternator. \r I complained that that everything worked fine before we brought it to him, and it went from 1st needing a tensioner to now needing an alternator, \r \r His more

Great service & very helpful. Growing up in Lambertville Heath's service has helped my family & I in tough situations. Always willing to work with you. Thankful they helped me out on a few occasions. Whenever I get gas in Lambertville I go there. They are always friendly. more

I don't like feeling like I'm being pushed through a service procedure and that's why I like Heath's. Bob makes you feel like family, and we trust those guys to take care of our vehicles. We started when we moved here 8 years ago! more
