Safe and sound 9/28/2013

Had a "funny sound" in my wife's car and as I was on the road I told her to just take it to Heath's. I called Jeff and gave him a heads up and he said to not worry about it. As we were planning a road trip in 2 days it was kind of an emergency. They got us in and replaced the rear brakes and found radiator hoses that were worn out and a weeping battery. Fixed it all the day before we left as a favor by squeezing us in a busy schedule. The hoses and battery were and added unexpected expense, but I'd rather give these guys the money here and now than be on the side of the road in southern Arizona wishing I had. Thanks again guys. more

only 500 miles into a 2500 mile trip, I broke down in Flagstaff Arizona. hoping for the best news, I got the worst I could possibly get. it cost a lot more than I wanted but the price of having peace of mind on the way home was a wonderful thing. I'm not saying that they were overpriced, it was a very big job and they did a great job and got me home safe and sound. thanks Jeff and Andrew and Heath you guys are awesome. more

Always take the time time to explain what issues I'm having with my car and, they go the extra mile by letting me know what is urgent, what can wait etc. My cars get well taken care of here and I can trust that Heath's Auto will do what they say. more

Right place, right price? 7/26/2013

I was so impressed by the detail of the free AAA inspection of my car that I decided to take the car back to fix some of the problems noted. Brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing plus flush and refill transmission cost over $700. Not sure that this was a bargain. Robert C. Barlow more

I had an appointment for July 3, I received a call with diagnosis on 3rd, work didn't start until 11th. I was pushed back due to other (more important?) customers. I figured appointment would give me some priority. more

I had car issues while out of town and went to Heaths Auto service based on an internet review. They were friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable while waiting. I would not think twice about using them as my regular mechanic if we didn't live 100 miles away. more

Nice Surprise 7/3/2013

Had a bad noise and thought the worst. Within a few hours I had my truck back and a simple repair was all that was needed. No major repairs "discovered" and I know I can trust the guys at Heath's to do honest, reliable work. Thanks again Heath. more

Timely, Professional and Personable 7/1/2013

I have visited the shop with at least 4 different issues, with my son's Nissan Frontier, daughter's Jeep Liberty and my Honda CRV. Service is great, Jeff and the other staff have been so helpful and friendly. My father once told me that a woman should never go to a mechanic without a knowledgeable man at her side - I do not feel this way about Heath's. I feel very confident that I am being treat fairly and sincerely. more

Great service- friendly staff 7/1/2013

Heath's truly cares about quality and they know what they are doing. Jeff will call and let you know when your car will be available, you usually are left to guess if your vehicle is done. They are also incredibly honest. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone more

On the way to Phoenix Az 6/30/2013

Great and friendly service. My son and I were on our way to Phoenix to start a month vacation. The transmission failed in Winslow Az. The car was towed to Heath's Auto Service (AAA approved). The staff was very helpful in getting us back on the road. Dave W. Warren OH more
