Stole my money. Liar. Crook. Made promises he didn't keep and then sent me a huge bill. My case was thrown out and he still sent me a bill!

I have competently and aggressively represented clients for 23 years, and out of the hundreds of people I have assisted, I have had only a couple negative experiences or reviews. I have represented all types of people from most walks of life, and the reality is you can't please some people no matter how hard you try.\r \r I appreciate and thank all of my client's as well as those considering hiring this firm. Don't use Heathman 12/22/2010

Terrible. Filed a petition using outdated law and then sent a bill where a refund was warranted. We've filed a complaint with the bar. Absolutely terrible attorney. more
