Absolutely Horrible, rude people! I booked this place way in advance for my bridesmaids to stay the night before the wedding, including the flower girl. I wanted some one on one time with the girls who meant the most to me before my wedding night I had put down a $1000 deposit. I was getting married in The April Sound Church and my reception was at The Walden Yacht Club, They started harrassing my guest, as one was bring a child, asking if she cried??? Then said we were not permitted on the grounds! Apparently they were setting up for a wedding and did not want us in the way. It was very obvious that since I was NOT having my wedding or reception there, we were just a nuisance to them! I have never been treated so rudely in all my life! They basically said children are NOT allowed, even though I made it clear it was all the girls in my wedding party, after all the harrassment, and being told we would have to stay in our rooms, not allowed outside, I said I want my $$ back, why would I want to give my $$ to an establishment like yours that treat people so rudely, she said she would be more than happy to refund my money! So, if you are NOT spending a lot of $$, she could care less about YOU! I cried all night, because this was a dream of mine to stay in such a beautiful place, and I had rented the entire place out for my guests and wanted beautiful pictures to be taken, but it was not to be...All they care about is $$, not truly making a bride to be happy and fullfilling her dreams.....very selfish people!!!!!! I will tell everyone I meet to NOT support them.......
