I moved in a year and a half ago, on a sublet, which the property manager oversaw the signing over of the lease. The problem was that a sublet wasn't allowed and all the apartment damages were transferred to me, with the other residents not being held accountable. On move-in, the previous tenants said they would leave their deposit, which was not found when I moved out. I was charged $2000 in move out fees, most of which were from the damages from the previous tenants. Management would not give me their contact information, nor would they negotiate charges. If I do not pay this fee, it goes on my credit report and will be sent to a collections agency. \r

I do not recommend living here. Management cares about money, not people.
