Get an office manager who is on top of things and not so rude if you DARE to challenge the amount of the bill (which is WAY overpriced and usually incorrect) also, send dogs back home looking and smelling like they were not sitting in urine for the week they stayed with you. It makes the owners so much happier!\r more
