RUN AWAY FAST 8/5/2011

I was hired here for a maintenance director.In my second interview the maintenance tech seen me in the lobby and ran to the admin. and said i will take the job as director.So i was begged by the admin.kelly clark to take the position as a tech that the man would not last a week.I first said no then i decided to take it and i was offered more money.After about 6 months of service and all the drama i was terminated because i advised admin of threats of bombs and guns from maintenace director/STAY CLEAR/ more

The only benefit of this facility is the exceptional physical therapy department. The nurse aids are low quality, lazy and only there for a paycheck. \r There is NO WAY I would have my loved one in this institution or any other HCR manor care - I've seen many in central OH and it's all the same - nice furniture and fixtures in the lobby and scary staff and dirty facilities in the back. Want to impress families with the first impression when walking in - what they don't see in the back would scare them away in a heartbeat. more
