Worst

Patient was discharged to ER with UTI, dehydration and confusion. PT staff verbally abusive. Nursing staff refused to explain medications which were administered.

loving facility-defintely reccomended. 8/10/2009

My father spent the last year of his life at this Health Care Center. I loved it and I know he did too. The staff were very passionate, caring, and great about not only the patients care, but the family also. We kept in touch even after the passing of my father and to this day the experience was definetely helped by the support of this facility. I have never heard of bed sores in this facility, therefore i do not know what Brina is talking about. I have no complaints what so ever. more

not a very good facility 9/28/2005

I would not recomend anyone putting there parents or grandparent in this old folks home. They do not care for the patient like they should be cared for. They do not change bandages when they should and it has been known for there patients to have alot of bed sores more
