Quality Care at the Heart Center 8/27/2010

Doctor Chiotellis and his staff have provided high quality care for my wife and me for over ten years and,indeed, likely saved my wife's life when she faced an aortic valve replacement and aneurysm three years ago. Staff is friendly and effective,dpaqman1's review is totally unfair crackergoh more

dual went on a Vendetta against the Centers staff that he hardly knew or met the..... best that thousands of Cardiac patients would hope for..... He did not see the MD he says he did..He was disruptive and I believe was asked to leave the Center..his PCP apologised for his behavior.... more

The Heart Center has been has provided care for 35 years on the Cape and has cared for generations of family members. It's unfortunate Citysearch would allow a misleading inaccurate review of this practice to be posted. By no means is this review credible or true. Obviously by the tone and hostility displayed in the review, there are deeper issues with this person beyond having to wait an hour to evaluate his health. The whole story is not told and for the sake of patient privacy will not comment anymore. more

Awful patient sevice 3/11/2010

This place calls me to set an appointment for 1:30pm then ask me to come in at 1:15 to do paperwork. I get there finish my paperwork only to be told I am early. To my surprise they informed me that my appt was @ 2pm. I told the lady she was mistaken and expained the situation to be told ""No sir, YOU are mistaken"". Then I was made to sit around untill 2:05pm. I did my stress test which took all of ten minutes, to be told to go back to the reception area, where I had to fill out more paperwork for a 2:45 appt with the cardiologist which I didn't even know I had. Nice to know that the patient is wrong when this doctors staff is completely incompatent... Cons: Staff is awful more
