Excellent Physical Therapy 8/24/2011

I have been an athlete my whole life and therefore I have had injuries and surgeries. I was referred to Health Quest Physical Therapy after my rotor cuff surgery and Heather has been my physical therapist. I had a bad rotor cuff injury with two tears, a detached bicep ligament and torn Labrum (which required a sling and not raising my arm for a month). Heather was able strengthen my shoulder and provide full range of motion. more

Best PT Experience 8/23/2011

I was not looking forward to physical therapy when my shoulder range of motion was inches rather than feet. However, the team of people at Healthquest not only made me feel comfortable, they also made the uncomfortable steps of rehabilitation enjoyable. more

BEST-IN-CLASS PHYSICAL THERAPY 8/22/2011

I have been a Health Quest client since 2007 after my second knee replacement. It was my lucky day when I was assigned to Heather--she cared for me as if I were her personal friend or family member, took great care to work around an unusual amount of swelling in my leg, and was always conscious of my abilities, limitations, and I knew I was in the best of hands. more

Excellent Physical Therapy 8/22/2011

I was referred to Health Quest for a serious shoulder injury two years ago. I was very fortunate to have my treatment provided by Health Quest. The entire staff was very professional & friendly. My physical therapist, Heather, was very personable & did an outstanding job helping me through every stage of my recovery. She was very understanding about my desire to get back to playing sports & thanks to her I am back playing sports at the level prior to my injury. I always recommend Health Quest & Heather to all my friends and family that may need physical therapy. more

BEST physical therapy 8/22/2011

I went to Health Quest for an dance injury, after PT, I was back to normal and stronger than ever. When I came back a second time nearly 7 years later ( different injury of couse) many people still remembered me! Everyday, I look forward to my physical therapy and the people there. My physical therapist Heather, is Wonderful and very gentle. Even if a busy day there is always someone there checking on me and guiding me through my routines. I might actually be sad to leave when it's all over! more

Worst Physical Therapy 8/12/2011

During my first appointment, I was seen and evaluated by an intern, not a physical therapist. I had to call and complain before the physical therapist, Heather, started to treat my lower back pain in the next appointment day. In any case, the physical therapist gave me a rather rough back message and some unimpressed manual therapy. I had a lot more pain after the session. When I arrived for a subsequent visit the next day, i was totally igored by the therapist until I threatened to walk away. Once again, she did the same routine even I complained about pain. more
