I drive a considerable distance to come here. My Doctor, Dr. Blaine is extreemly knoweledgable. I wish I had come here first and saved myself a lot of pain and grief. His assistant Mike and previous assistant Debbie are the best! I write this glowing review while in pain ...coming here is worth the long drive! more
