I would like to start off by thanking Roxanne from the front office in Ontario for being so nice, She always faxes my paperwork and goes out of her way to make sure they go through. I also want to thank Feliciano (back office) for insuring me that my surgery request was going to be submitted in a timely manner. Ontario staff really makes me feel they really care :) more

There is usually parking, which is a good thing. Sometime the wait to see the doctor is on the long side. The staff is good. Making appointments is easy. Getting prescription meds has proved problematic for long term usage when doctor appointments go longer than 1 month apart at the Irwindale facility. more
