I started to apply with the big online health insurance sites but I started to get all kinds of junk email and even though there is a lot of data...its really confusing with limits on number of visits, caps on certain prescriptions, etc. Plus its like a foreign language with all the confusing terms. I found Ken through a website search and we talked on the phone. We probably took ten minutes to figure out what I need and he sent me a link. He followed up when I was approved and to see if my card had the correct info. He sends me regular updates on health care reform and a birthday card and newsletter. I'm satisfied.
