I have dual coverage, meaning that my secondary insurance covers part of my co-pays for my primarty. The pharmacist was very rude and flat out lied saying that with the obamacare stuff they can't bill multiple insurance companies. It's called coordination of benefits and yes, you can. The pharmacist simply does not care or try. It's a place where they'd rather make an excuse than have a customer. I avoid this place at all costs. more

I love the Health Depot, the employees are helpful in all aspects. If I can't find what I'm looking for they find it for me. I trust my family to all the services they provide...the pharmacist even has given my daughters vaccinations! more

Average pharmacy! 11/17/2005

The Health Depot is a good pharmacy, nothing special, just okay. They are conveniently located and have a drive-through which is handy. They don't have the best reputation for good customer service, but they do have good hours and knowledgeable pharmacists. They also have a wide variety of gifts and cards and a small soda fountain/ice cream parlour. This is a place I would go if nothing else was open nearby. more

I avoid this pharmacy! 8/22/2005

The Health Depot is a pharmacy that I avoid at all costs. I had a prescription filled for my baby there and they gave me the wrong medicine. I didn't know it was wrong until he got very sick. I called his pediatrician and we figured out that they had given me the wrong strength of antibiotic. I called them and they denied it over and over. I finally had to get a copy of the original prescription and take it and they finally admitted that they were wrong. My son was very sick for several days after. I will never give them my business again. Just my humble opinion! more
