i am trying to get info. on getting a birth certificate from conneticut, how do you go about getting the info. when the site does not include on whether or not you have to write them, or if there is away via email.
Pros: address is at least listed and if you are in conneticut there is a map.
Cons: no other info is listed on the web site.
