If you are anywhere in the east village, is a most that you stop at this store, their service is excellent, and their patties are the most outstanding in the island, especially their ackee pattie, which cant be found nowhere else, if a pattie is just not enough for you, you can have it with one of their mouth melting soups for only $5, you cant go wrong with that deal. they also have a variety of salads which you can combine as you desire. overall my experience with my friends from health conscious express was amazingly tasty. more

Welcome to Manhattan Health Conscious, I used to have to travel all the way to your other location in Queens for your delicious patties and veggie burgers, not anymore you are closeto home now and your dellvery man is very speedy and courteous.\r Your juices are great my favorites are the Irish Moss and the Purple Rain. My favorite dishes are the Ackee and Callallo and the Bean Stew. The Island flavor you bring to all your product are amazing. After a long grueling day at work I stumbled on the most awsome experience. A quaint little Juice Bar / Vegan Cafe on 1st ave nestled between 2nd & 3rd. Wow, the moment I stepped through the door \r I was mesmerized by the calm, cool, soothing easy going vibe that surrounded me. I am no stranger to caribbean vegetarian cuisine but this was absolutely THE best I have ever had. It seemed like an unlikely place for yogurt, but it was the first time i had ever tasted dairy-free soft served green-tea frozen yogurt. The sample was so generous that i ordered the blueberry instead. It turns out that although it wasn't bad, green tea rules! I also enjoyed good music and pleasent conversation with the owner who told me she took cooking classes in England and Italy. Health Conscious is a natural food oasis. I enjoyed the juices and veggy salads. The Ackee patties is a favorite of mine and my son just loves the soy patties. Every single item in the store is a winner, The frozen yogurt, the Cocacabana, the Purple Rain, the Rasta Blend organic drinks are the best and eats like Ital Stew and Muta's Delight will tantalize every time.
