After 2 attempted visits to the grooming spa, service was not provided. I was ask to reschedule again. I have never been more dissatisfied with grooming service. Will never visit ...

The Spa was beautiful. Nice facility. They did a good job on Marty's haircut and I like that they let me look at the grooming area. It was nice and clean and they even have a separate area where Marty could sit on a chair with some toys and not be in a kennel. more

I brought in my puppy, six, for a shave down yesterday. His hair was extremely matted and I know it was uncomfortable for him. He is a new puppy now!! I have been getting thank you smooches ever since. My dogs are my kids and I appreciate the great, loving care you gave him. You can expect to see the rest of our pack, we have 4 other dogs, in the future. You staff was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which dog food to go with. I look forward to seeing you all again soon :) more

This place is great. I took Max to get 5/30/2012

This place is great. I took Max to get groomed. I had been going to another groomer in town before and had not been happy with the result. So I was a little nervous, but when I picked him up he looked soo great. He was fluffy no mats and was so calm. I think he actually enjoyed it. I also have four dogs, so I am definitely glad that I found a place to take them. more

Heads to Tails is an excellent place to take your dog for grooming services. I always get in at a time that works for me and the groomer is so friendly and treats my dog, Champ well. I feel confident he's safe and in good hands! more

So loving and compassionate 4/24/2012

This business went Waaay above and beyond to give our dog an excellent grooming and great experience. Our dog was matted and scraggly. They treated her like gold, and giving her the royal treatment! So loving and compassionate. We will be back! more
