We went to Headquarter Honda, the Honda dealership nearest us to trade in our Malibu for a ""good"" used Honda. Andrew Burke, the salesperson who approached us, had a disarmingly gentle approach, never exerting any pressure. He listened to our budgetary needs and then worked with us to find a car we liked and get us a deal we simply couldn't refuse - it met all our requirements and instead of being ""used"" - we were able to afford a brand new 2014 Honda. Andrew is a class act! more

Hey everyone! \r \r This is a fantastic place to buy a car. Mike Jahanger made my search for my very first car purchase super easy. He asked me questions that would help him find a car that suited me and my lifestyle. He did everything in his power to make sure I was happy, got what I wanted and worked with my budget. Found the new car I wanted on line, was contacted by Danielle in internet sales. Visited that day and test drove with my sales person Leon. The staff did discuss several different car options with me but were accepting of my decision to go with the inexpensive, fuel efficient car I had my mind set on. The price was exactly what I researched and anticipated, and I was very pleased with the trade-in price I received. I did not experience undue pressure nor feel I was receiving confusing information. Less than 1% APR. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Danielle and Leon! more

Finding a new car is not easy at all, my 5th attempt at buying a car and I finally found something that was perfect to fit me. I am the type of person to look around online for information before going in person for the real deal. When I saw the offer at Headquarter Honda on an accord, I just couldn't give it up. From the moment I walked in, I had nothing except good service. I was kindly greeted as well as my family that was with me and helped right away. I told them exactly what I wanted and I was immediately directed to the car. What really surprised me was the fact that the man who helped us, Mike Jahangir, knew every little detail about the car and was able to explain everything to quickly and in an easy to understand way. \r \r From the moment I test drove the car and returned back to the dealership, I decided that was the car I was going to purchase. It was everything and more of what I was looking for and of course good customer service grabbed my attention as well. \r \r Time came to crunch numbers and get down with business after we returned. This was the only downfall to my experience. Waiting to get approved, trading in cars, signing papers, etc. not my favorite at all. However, they were able to move as quickly as possible. Mike was able to always return to the table with nothing except good news. A couple days before today I attempted to buy a car at Toyota, but my mother and I were not approved to finance the car I was looking to buy. Mike was able to do everything he could, unlike Toyota, and help us out. We were able to get approved and from that moment I was bursting with excitement. \r \r We did have to wait an awful amount of time until we were able to finally leave, but hey that's car shopping for you. Everything takes time as it falls into place. Mike was very friendly and able to keep us entertained as we waited though. \r \r Overall, I would recommend going to Headquarter Honda for great customer service and a great deal on a new car you might have in mind to bring home. I recommend speaking with Mike because he is willing to work with you and help you as much as he can to get you the car you are willing to buy. more

I'll keep it short and sweet. Buyer be VERY AWARE....from start to finish. Study all those numbers on that final sales contract and be sure you understand every line and agree to the numbers they put there. Make sure they are what you agreed to!!! Don't get tired and ASSUME its all ok. more

Completely unprofessional. I am a student living in Miami, and originally from Clermont. So, naturally I contacted the internet sales rep at Headquarter describing what I was looking for. Meanwhile since I was in Miami I went to the dealership here and got a quote for a new civic. Upon leaving the dealership I contacted Josh (internet sales manager) and gave him the details of the deal (price of new car & amount for trade). It being the last day of the month he guaranteed I could get a deal and even asked the manager a couple things while on the phone. He assured that if I drove up that day they could give me a better deal (and drove back down the next for class). Upon arriving at the dealership (4 hrs later) Josh introduced me to a sales rep and we went through the processes. The first quote they brought to me was $4000 over the other dealer! Apparently there was no communication going on at this dealer at all! I then demanded they either give me this â??better dealâ?? or I was leaving. So I showed them the details of the other quote (which I already explained extensively over the phone) and then I was asked if they went down by $250.00 would I sign. Which is where it just became too much. After some bickering and expressing my anger for what they put me through to get nothing I called the sales rep at the other dealer. Dana at Aventura Honda, (who is awesome and still extremely helpful a week later) proceeded to try and drop the deal $500 to compete with their offer. Although the manager denied the drop they included a free window tinting and agreed to give me the special APR the next day so I didnâ??t have to drive right back down. Headquarter on the other hand offered nothing further or any compensation of course. Headquarter Honda has to be one of the least proffesional businessâ?? I have ever dealt with. Its one thing to just want to try to make money but to completely waste 8 hrs of my time, $160 on gas, offer me an initial deal $4000 over another dealer on a car w/ 2k miles and then give me the political bs like they donâ??t give a %$&# about anything is ridiculous more

Preeminent Service! WTG! 5/15/2012

I must say, I randomly stopped by this dealership. I had no clue about this place, nor did I read any reviews. Normally, I research dealerships or go because I was referred. Not in this case, and that's a good thing! However, I did read the Consumer guide on best buys. Honda had great reviews on their CRV’s. Although, the CRV is a great car, I was shifted elsewhere. That’s when I decided to tell the story how my mother’s anniversary (passing) was coming up and of course the next day would be Mother’s Day. I shared this with the salesperson name John T. Shelling. He listened to every word I said that day and responded with sympathy. I must say, “Wow” I didn’t expect a response; however, the response was warm and sincere. I said to myself, “Who are these people?” John’s customer service was above average. He made me feel like I have been a long time customer. A customer they will never forget, because I know, I won’t forget the experience and will remain a long time Honda fan. Little did Honda HeadQuarter know, I was looking for a life-time dealership, one I could grow old with, thanks HeadQuarter Honda, you won my loyalty and am sure my family will begin to migrate with you to..BTW, good luck with them LOL. I would also like to say “thank you” to the managers for aiding in my final decision to buy the Honda Accord. I truly love my Honda, and it made my Mother’s Day the best day ever! more

We are now proud owners of a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and i know it took us till midnight to close the deal but John and the staff was there till the end.. Great Service 4/12/2012

My wife and I were looking for a car that would suit our needs at our price range. We decided to visit Headquarter Honda in Clermont, Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the dealership Joel Castaneda was already there to greet us. After the introductions we told him what we were looking for. He told us immediately that he had a couple cars in mind. As we were looking at the cars he was very, very informative and prompt to answer our questions. He was polite, efficient, and professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediately came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusiastic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after, we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he, like Joel, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams. I will without a doubt recommend Joel and Mike to all my friends and family looking for their dream cars. more
