I am a chemo pt. Recently I had my hair done by Ada . I had a bad reaction to the dye. I was told by both Ada and the owner that it was my fault.They refused to refund my money....

I first discovered Lisa Ruezga by chance, as a walk-in to another salon, and followed her to Headlines Salon in Burbank. She has wonderful expertise with color, not to mention all other hair care services, and I’ve been very happy. She will give you an honest assessment if you’re looking to make a major change, in terms of your comfort level, the health of your hair and future limitations. She’s warm, cheery and a lot of fun. Headlines is the best salon in Burbank 3/17/2010

Lisa has been my stylist for years and she recently moved from Tamara Dahill salon to Headlines Salon and I love her new salon Headlines.. Lisa gives great cuts , color and wonderful blow drys . I would definetly go to Lisa Pros: clean , great parking , friendly staff Cons: None its perfect more

I've been going to Headlines for a year now, and am so happy I found this salon. Jeanette is great! My color and highlights look awesome. She knew exactly what I wanted and what would look good on me. I was so happy with the results and have received so many compliments on my hair. more

Ada has been doing my hair for about 4 years now and she is great. She's always there to greet me with a smile and does a first-rate job. I plan on continuing with her for many years to come! Pros: Friendly environment, easy parking more

I am a chemo pt. Recently I had my hair done by Ada . I had a bad reaction to the dye. I was told by both Ada and the owner that it was my fault.They refused to refund my money. Ada is a nice girl but does not have the experience to do hair. To blame me for a dye job poorly done was unfair. I have no had this problem before.To anyone I say if you go do not use Ada or better yet do not go at all.The place has a poor attitude towards customers. I will not be back nor should anyone else go back. Pros: good location Cons: bad attitude poor customer service more

I was a client of De cielo salon in Burbank and I was tired of them having to move my schedule around most of the time. I called Headlines and they got me in quick....Now i am a regular of JEANETTE'S and she works evenings too..she made me feel good and didnt rush and made my hair look awesome...She's very talented and knows the latest trends. I walked out happy and i am excited about my next appointment Pros: Good prices...GREAT SERVICE more

Maka is so knowledgable about hair. She can frame your hair perfectly to the shape of your face. The price isn't bad either! Pros: good prices, great product! more
