This is one of the most disorganized spas I've ever been to. Even though I had an appointment scheduled well in advance I had to wait almost an hour. During that time the employees are rude, curt, and seemed to care very little about the customer. The hair cut I got was OK, but the employees will do no more than the minimum and when I tried to complain to the owner they ignored me. I won't be going back ever! more

Great haircut 10/23/2010

I enjoyed the layered haircut that I received a few weeks ago. The staff is very friendly for the most part and I had a good experience upon leaving. It is located near Lumina Station, but not inside of it. It is right past it in the adjacent shopping center (I just wanted to throw that in there because my GPS took me to the wrong place!). more

Excellent Deep Tissue Massage 8/26/2010

Being someone who is on the road a lot for work, and who often has to lift heavy objects, I get a lot of "knots" and stiffness. The deep tissue massage I received as a gift certificate from my wife was great, and relieved a lot of the aches and pains. I certainly recommend it. more

Deluxe Facial Microcurrent with Marla 8/6/2010

I had heard about this " micro current" machine from a neighboor. She had 5 treatments and her skin is looking amazing! I was a bit of a skeptic, but decided to call and make an appt with Marla. She was very professional as well as fun to talk with. I love the way my skin looks and I have to admit..its getting better!!!! more

If you are interested in getting your nails, hair, and a great facial and massage, this is the place. I went in feeling crappy and came out a princess. They service was great. more

Hair Color Experts 5/15/2007

I called the Redken Hotline to get a number for somone to do my color while I was out of town and they got it perfect- Even gave me a new idea! They were very educated and knew a ton about color. Very pleasant surprise 5/12/2007

As a visitor from Washington DC I have to say I was a little snobby about my expectations in Wilmington. This massage, given by Jessie, was the best swedish massage I have ever had. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and Jessie gave a relaxing massage, using hot towels on my hands, feet and neck. My other 3 friends had similar experiences and we all left feeling great. I would recommend this spa to anyone for anything, and if I ever become rich and famous, I would ask Jessie to join my entourage. more
